Welcome to Enforcement Tow’s Lien sale page. Here you will find vehicles currently offered for sale. Not only can you check out the vehicles currently for sale, you can also check out the upcoming liens.
Remember these vehicles are offered through a LIEN SALE, which means there is no title. You, the buyer, will be given a completed lien packet. This packet is how you register and obtain title for the vehicle. Please read the following steps:
All sales are final. NO refunds or exchanges are offered
You need to bring a valid State or Government ID
Once you complete the sale, you will be given a Lien Packet
You take this lien packet to DMV
You are responsible for, Registration Fee’s, Smog Fee’s and all associated penalties
Once the fee’s are paid a valid registration will be issued and Title mailed
NOTE: Title will be issued non-salvage, unless the vehicle has a prior salvage
We try to inspect all lien sale vehicles and note any problems we find. Please understand some problems may not be noticed. We encourage you to bring a mechanic and inspect the vehicle prior to purchase. Under no circumstances will we deceive or lie to you, for a sale. We want your return business. However, all sale are final and NO returns or exchanges will be offered!
